# Stornos

Stornorechnungen im Rechnungsprogramm dienen dazu, eine bereits erstellte Rechnung zu stornieren oder zu korrigieren. Sie werden verwendet, wenn eine Rechnung aufgrund von Fehlern, Rücksendungen oder anderen Gründen zurückgenommen werden muss.

 

Um eine bestehende Rechnung zu stornieren, gehen wir einfach auf den Datensatz der Rechnung, welche wir stornieren wollen und klicken auf den Button „Stornieren“. Mit Bestätigung des Abfragefelds wird eine neuer Datensatz generiert welcher die Rechnungsdaten ausgehend von der zugrundeliegenden Rechnung vorausfüllt. Nun müssen wir nur noch das Rechnungsdokument erstellen und unser Stornoprozess ist abgeschlossen.

 

Achtung! Stornorechnungen, welche nach diesem Prinzip erstellt werden, werden unwiderruflich generiert und mit der entsprechenden Rechnung verknüpft.
