**Abschlussdokumentationen**

Im Reiter "Abschlussdokumentation" haben Sie die Möglichkeit, die Vorlage für die Abschlussdokumentationsprozesse zu hinterlegen.

Diese strukturierte Vorlage ermöglicht eine klare Zuordnung der Abschlussdokumentation zu verschiedenen Prozessschritten und erleichtert die systematische Ablage und Verwaltung relevanter Dokumente.

Innerhalb der einzelnen Datensätze haben wir die Möglichkeit zwischen folgenden Bezügen auszuwählen

1. Statisches Dokument: Setzt an diese Position ein ausgewähltes Dokument aus dem DMS (z.B. ein Deckblatt).&#x20;
2. DMS-Zuweisung: Wählen sie die gewünschte DMS-Zuweisung aus. An diese Position werden beim Erstellen einer Abschlussdokumentation alle Dokumente, welche im Projekt mit der ausgewählten DMS-Zuweisung hinterlegt sind, eingefügt.
3. Sharepoint-Ordner: Nur bei aktiver Sharepoint-Integration möglich. Fügt alle Dokumente des ausgewählten Ordners in die Abschlussdokumentation ein.&#x20;
4. Produktflyer-Auftrag: Fügt alle Produktflyer des Auftrags in die Abschlussdokumentation ein.
5. Zertifikat-Auftrag: Fügt alle Zertifikate des Auftrags in die Abschlussdokumentation ein.&#x20;
