# Workflow: Angebote anlegen

Der effizienteste Weg Angebote anzulegen, besteht darin, sie direkt aus dem gewünschten Projekt heraus zu erstellen. Dafür gehen wir nun zum Karteireiter „Angebote“ in unserem gewünschten Projekt und erstellen dort einen neuen Datensatz.

Daraufhin öffnet sich die Angebotsmaske, in der auch hier automatisch eine ID-Nr. generiert wird und das zugehörige Projekt verknüpft ist. Hier können wir nun unsere Angebotsart auswählen und die dazugehörige Angebotsvorlage.

Um dies zu veranschaulichen, wählen wir als Angebotsart „PV-Anlage mit Speicher“ und passen die Angebotsvorlage entsprechend an. Nach der Auswahl der Angebotsvorlage werden automatisch die Zahlungsbedingungen und die Angebotspositionen in den Angebotdetails ausgefüllt. Diese werden basierend auf der ausgewählten Angebotsvorlage vor eingestellt, die in den Einstellungen definierbar ist.
